  食材用料前腿肉

  300克植物油

  50克洋葱

  70克葱段

  10克姜蒜末

  各5克盐

  2克味精

  适量花椒

  适量豆瓣酱

  5克豆豉

  30克尖椒

  10克生抽

  10克白糖

  15.图三小贴士

  1.放入少许白糖是为了提味。

  2.炒回锅肉一般都是用青椒,我用的是尖椒,青椒不辣,炒出来有清香味,但是总觉得水分多,而尖椒炒出来会使肉更香辣,并且没有水分。
