然后加 3 勺料酒、 3 勺甜面酱、 2 勺豆瓣酱,加水没过猪蹄,电饭煲蒸煮模式 50 分钟以上,拿出来看看,不软糯再加时间(我焖了 60 分钟,大家可以根据具体情况决定时间哦)。
